AMSA Architecture has done the study for the construction of a multi-family housing unit in Charleston (South Caroline – EE.UU.), which it offers as a possibility of investment for a consultant’s group, nowadays proprietary of the land. In principle, the offer includes the integral paperwork of the promotion, just like the posterior exploitation of the rent.

The last 07/03/2014, AMSA Architecture has receive the building of homes of official protection MAS DURAN III, in Sant Quirze del Vallès, with the presence of the totality of the construction team: Juli Clopés, and Txell Giménez (COMU Sant Quirze del Vallès, promoter); Marta Mercader, Ángel Martínez and Patricia Rodríguez (Facultative Management); and Javier Muro, Sergi Prat, Eduard Masnou and Javier Jáuregui (TEYCO, building company).

AMSA Architecture has done an offer for the construction of the new kiosks that, as elements of the urban furniture, they have to arrange in the streets of the locality of Sant Quirze del Vallès.

From a standard module, it is considered different configurations, leading kiosks, “churrería” or a bar (with its pertinent terrace space).

The paddle is a recently sport that needs to generate a place inside the architectural imaginary. Until now, its implantation has been bounded with sportive equipment already existing or with the application of the generated spaces for another use (for example, industrial unit).

In this case, it is set out the construction of four courts where the weights of the intervention fall back into the roof. The shape of this element- apart from remember its playful use – appears as an answer of the determining of the usefulness (protection of the meteorological inclemency), of the implantation (sun-cure) and the characteristics of the play (the shape tries to describe the trajectory of one of the most characteristics shot of this sport : “the globo”.

In a conscientious way, the resultant image tries to transform the anterior requirements in the consecution of a personal picture.
